Welcome to John Mills Elementary School, home of the Trojans! 

Office hours are 7:45 a.m. to 3:45 p.m. Mondays through Fridays, except when school is closed due to holidays or breaks.

Please note during Mondays are early release days for students, with dismissal at 2 p.m.

From Pre-Kindergarten to 5th Grade

Located in the Near West Chicago suburb of Elmwood Park, Ill., John Mills Elementary provides a comprehensive, standards-based public education to students in pre-kindergarten (PK) through 5th grade as part of Elmwood Park Community Unit School District 401.

Along with Elmwood Elementary, John Mills is one of the District's two elementary schools and the only one that teaches PK students.
